Can't buy a rank

Hello, I can't buy a rank at the Cubecraft store. I changed my name to 'xTimmeh_' (my old name was 'tim300xd'. When I try to buy it with my old name, it says it isn't a valid name. Thats good, but when I try to checkout with my new name, xTimmeh_, it says: 'Please enter a valid full name.' This is probably because I changed my name. Can you guys fix this please? I really want to buy the Iron rank.

I think it means put in your real name. But before you complain, everything in that system is safe, as long as you're using the right store. :)
