Can' Buy A Rank For Axeww

Hello, my IGN is Axeww, a while ago I tried to buy Gold and the purchase didn't go through and I couldn't buy the rank, I don't mind about that but can you clear the fact I tried to buy a rank so I can buy another one. It says I am not able to buy a rank when I try, thank you for the help!

When does this probably occur? When you click add to cart or after you put in the credit card details?

When I tried to put in details, if its easier I would just like to have the previous attempt to buy Gold removed.
