I also don't like this in general. Playing for points is fun. Buying isn't fun.
But I think that your idea of buying vanity points and cubelets isn't against the EULA.

But if you can just buy them it wouldn't be fun anymore.

Anyways,
The point of playing is earning cubelets and points. ( for fun as well )
Techically you can buy a rank to get Vanity points....However if stone rankers can just buy them, it will take away one of the points and speciality of buying a rank. Donors may feel scammed.
It's like Player A played for 1 year, has 5000 points.
Player B played for a day, has 10,000 points.
If you are dedicated enough, you will get lots of points in no time.
These are just rewards and "encourages" you to countinue playing.
Against the EULA also...

Rayz expressed my thoughts exactly. I'm not sure why you would want to buy these things when they are so easy to obtain just by playing. The idea of playing the games is both for fun and a sense of accomplishment when you rake in the points and cublets by playing well.

Buying these rewards would zap all the fun out of trying to earn these. In both life AND in games, money can't buy you everything -- you gotta be prepared to put in the effort if you want to reap the benefits.
