Web [BUG] Opening dropdown adjusts arrow position

BUG: when the forums drop-down is pressed, the members and the forums arrow is moved further to the left. When it is not pressed, it's in the same place. (Weird to explain)

This is not a problem with the "What's new" and "Members" individually, but opening both together does.
