Bug: When on a touch-screen device (iPad, Tablet, possibly Surface), the right sidebar menu buffers behind when scrolling. This only happens on larger touch-screen devices, not mobile devices (including in landscape mode), because the right side bar purposefully only appears on larger screen devices. It sometimes does other strange things like freezing completely, or going to the very bottom of the page, underlapping the footer. There needs to be a more efficient solution to keeping the right side-bar in place on touch-screen devices.
