  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

It was a nice game mode but wrecked by EpicWorldGenerator. It crashed everytime thanks to that plugin; ik its 2025 but im still trying to process why cubecraft managers didnt take any simple actions like just removing that stupid (and useless) plugin for a whole year before shutting down this game mode. A unique, recicled map/seed usage was forced by this plugin too. It was a nonsense.

Survival Games and quakecraft should return too.

Unfortunately, I don't think it would do very good compared to other gamemodes. If they decide to readd older team- or solomodes, I think other type of gamemodes would have a higher priority due to playerbase and compatibility, etc.

I agree with you.

There are a lot of game modes that used to be popular but were later removed, everyone wants them to add back again, but it doesn't seem possible, we can understand this from the number of players. CubeCraft won't want to add these mods because of that.

I agree with you.


There are a lot of game modes that used to be popular but were later removed, everyone wants them to add back again, but it doesn't seem possible, we can understand this from the number of players. CubeCraft won't want to add these mods because of that.

I've seen 14 hundred people online once. Is that not a lot?

Compared to what it used be many years ago, no, but it's still alot, and the server is growing their playerbase again what is a good thing.

I expect another reply on your message aswell, so I'll quickly add this aswell:

I don't feel like the playerbase has reduced due to some decisions that were made, but also due the fact, people have started to do other things within their lives, during the covid pandemic of course nearly the entire world was in lockdown, and people were looking to spend their time, which is when Minecraft servers, under which CubeCraft had some great peak moments, but after all lockdowns have been lifted, people just moved on with their lives.

Suggestions are being looked at, and also considerd depending if they feel like it's a good suggestion, that will also benefit the server. I have shown quite some critism aswell, but I feel like they are taking a better look into them.

Now back to the topic, personally I don't think an UHC gamemode would be the way to go now, back when it was used to be a part of the network, UHC was a popular gamemode across Minecraft in general, which has decreased, the same goes for other Arcade Games, such as Party Games and Quakecraft.

I'll repeat again, I miss the old CubeCraft times (I can speak for 2015-2018, everything before that if before my time), and at the other side I'd love to see a reverse in some cases, I don't see these gamemodes actually being active, which would lead to long starting times.
