Better Forums Organization

Currently, the forums are a tad unorganized, to say the least.

The 'Map Guide For Team Games' by Snodia is currently in other games:

A 'Forums Guide' by Younisco is in the Everything else:

I believe that all of these should be moved into a new section called "Guides and Information" in the News board section so that new users don't have to dig through the entire forums to find what they need.

The forums guide could use a better spot since almost no one sees it. I don't think it's necessary to create a whole new sub forum for guides. The FAQ thread is in a place where it will be seen the most by the people who need to read it and the team games thread is in a pretty good spot.

Despite it sounding negative, I like this idea.

Pros -
-Keeps rants out of other sections for those not wanting to see them
-Allows players to blow off steam
-Gives some indication of what players are upset about

Cons -
-People getting into arguments when a thing they like is criticised

Guides are useful, but as you say, they are unorganized and not that easy to find.
