So from my understanding they should deal a little more damage than swords if you spam them infinitely fast. Still way less than waiting for the cooldown on a sword though, so it's useless anyways.

I didn't know that. It is Maybe a little bit logic, But ok. I never thought about it. Also it does more damage I Will still use the Swords. Does it also more damage If you spam?
In 1.12 both should deal about 20% of the regular damage every 0.5 seconds (after the invulnerability wears off). http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Damage#Attack_cooldown

So, buy n' build is gone? It was definitely one of my favourite games before the "update", and I understand that removing it seemed like a good decision, but it's still sad to see it just get removed instead of getting the old buy n build back. Hopefully this new game is good enough, I haven't tried it out yet.
