Appealing issues

Hi everybody:

On 10/08/2016 at 00:15 (not sure of the exact time) i got banned after the player I played against two times in a row ([SrMod] [Obsidian] mooofin) told me not to hack. I can swear he used killaura too since my connection is good and i wasn't unable to reach him while he was hitting me with robot-like perfect timing, and that's why i started using it (i have no video/image proof of it). But anyway, the fact is that YES, I USED KILLAURA, so ban is FAIR. I still have 5 days and 11 hours of ban.

The problem is: I wanted to see if I am truly banned, so I went to appeals.cubecraft.net and used my appeal code (***), and i got this message: "Error! *** has nothing to appeal". I also tried to appeal at appeals.ccgn.co, and here i got this other message: "You've done nothing wrong! This system is for users to appeal bans and mutes. We couldn't find anything that you have been punished for". I also went to store in order to see if I am banned, and yes: "Sorry, that username is banned so cannot purchase from our store". So, I'm afraid someone else that was not moooofin used a hack to somehow ban me (which seems to me pretty unlikely, but since I get those messages...). My questions are:

·Am I banned? (Minecraft ID: Vijavija18)
·Did you Moooofin ban me?
·What do those messages mean?

I think you need to enter your username to appeal first.

Type your Minecraft username in, then click the blue "APPEAL" bar, then put your appeal code in. Also please don't put your appeal code in public threads. It's a private code for you only. Releasing your appeal code means anyone could appeal for you

There was a major glitch where every person was unbanned a while ago. Maybe that's why it doesn't work for you? Try logging into Cubecraft.. Are you still banned?

How a staff member can use a hacked client? Also, you firtly need to introduce your IGN, then your appeal code. :)
