Implemented Allow embeds for linked user role

Allow embeds in English general now that unrelated media is allowed and media in general is allowed and I don't see any harm in allowing embeds(gifs main purpose) for linked users

Yes I agree. As long as there isn't gif spam or nsfw gifs this should be allowed.

I only really have issue with embeds being scary, could lead to a lot of issues with people putting inappropriate embeds. However I doubt linked players will do that so I’ll vote yes.

Gifs would be a fun addition, but there's always the risk of people spamming gifs in a conversation and posting inappropriate embeds/gifs. This risk applies to everything, obviously, so it's not really that relevant.
I guess allowing gifs in #media would be more appropriate in case language channels would get spammed.

Well there's always the chance of spam, but there's a rule for that and there's always the chance of inapropriate media and theres a rule for that too

yea, inapropriate media already has a rule aganst it and spam already has a rule

Currently all users can add files to English-General, so I've simply enabled embeds for everyone as well since any risk of inappropriate imagery is still the same. If Mods disagree with this then let me know.
