I don't agree, Skywars kits weren't made for TNT jumping, TNT jumping is more like a cool thing to do in skywars, not something that you would usually do IMO.
Plus, it would be too OP, as stated above; it wouldn't make sense to put in a kit called 'bomber'.

if u wanna use it for tnt jumping you would probs get lagged back ;/ plus there is like a 80% chance of getting a bucket anyway

And there is a high change to find a water bucket in a chest though. It should be way too OP.

water is also used for things like cobble and obby generators (and since there is redstone you only need 1 bucket of lava to make an obsidian generator for more than 1 pieces)

Obsidian generators got removed in 1.8

As someone who absolutely loves TNT boosting, I don't think this should be added.
In order to do a successful jump, you need the following things:
-Bomber kit
-Water bucket (Optional depending on how you do your jump)
-Sufficient armour
-A block which you can break fast with fist or a pickaxe
-Pickaxe (optional)

If you got a water bucket in the kit itself, you'd most likely be able to boost every single game making it that much more overpowered. It's good enough as it is, and I don't think they need to buff it. That'd be making it too easy.
