Implemented Add a "Discord" tag for Discord related suggestions

Even though there are barely suggestion related to Discord, I still think this should be added. it'd be weird to put it in the category of "all networks".

You could've easily responded to that one, but that's just a personal preference. Anyways, ye. Would be a lot more player friendly.

Oh, I must've overlooked that thread. Gotta admit that I haven't really done any research to already existing threads, but this seemed so obvious that this would be the first one.

True, this should be added. There are not many suggestions for Discord but the same is for Bedrock and there is a Bedrock tag. So why not a Discord tag.

I think when I created the prefixes I envisioned Discord suggestions would just live under 'web'. However, I agree this doesn't really make sense so I've added it now (pls no complaints about the colour, it is what it is)
