add the command wich allows you to do /report (username) (reason)

Cubecraft used to have a /report but it caused spam. Its easier to just report here now: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/report-a-player.24

And you need to provide evidence, which the ingame command you cannot.

There used to be a /report command, but it got removed because it was abused and because there were no way for the staff members to spectate the reported players.

Not to mention the fact that players would report people that were innocent. As said above, the command was abused and spammed.

this is one of the reasons why it shouldn't be added again :)
