I see no reason why not to add more information about this, whether it's about threads being forwarded or accepted, more information can never hurt and will only make things clearer and prevent some suggestions being suggested 1000x after each other.

I will say this again.
If a staff member "Accepts" your suggestion you would feel happy that they considered your idea, but in a rare case let's say a higher staff member declines or doesn't want this to be a feature. How would the original staff member who 'accepted' your suggestion break the news to you without making you loose hope, or if that staff member says nothing to you and you waited for several weeks/months and nothing you will get disappointed.
Just make it so that it says "Forwarded for other staff's opinions" or "This does not seem possible"
