  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

my personal hell
I play skywars a lot, and in skywars, there is an ability to have a chance to gain speed after taking a hit. A lot of times, this is helpful, but on some maps with smaller islands, this gives me a risk of running off the edge because my screen FOV suddenly shifts, and it takes a fraction of a second for my eyes to adjust, and if the island is small, I run the risk of running off the edge. Also, when the FOV shifts, it also messes up my aim.

Would it be possible to implement, either in the ability shop menu or in a menu that can be opened in the pre-game, a way to disable abilities temporarily?

It would also be interesting to see how much of my wins are skill and how much are because of the abilities I have, so I may want to toggle them all and see how I do then.

And, of course, to those who don't need it, this would be a small and completely harmless addition to the game, so there are not drawbacks other than taking the programmers a bit of time.

You can already disable abilities :p
Just go into the ability shop, and click the item icon for the ability you would like to disable. Then, once you would liked to enable it again, just click the item again. For example, for the speed ability, just click on the speed potion in the ability shop to disable it. They are always in the first column of the page. :)
