This is so that you can verify that you have the correct evidence in the report.
From my own experience, it really shouldn't be that hard to make. Just add another <td> tag.

Also that part I don't 100% understand :)

Screen shots may not always be adequate I'm afraid as they usually can't show someone has kill aura or can fly.

And it could be photoshopped or edited.

well that wouldn't do anything anyways because you can't edit reports so if you realise it was the wrong file well create a new report simple
