Duels 1.8.9 harm potion kits

In 1.8.9 harm potion kits, half the potions are drinkable which kinda defeats the purpose of the due

Agreed, change them to splash potions.

In 1.8, there are no lingering potions (they were added in 1.9) so instead you are given drinkable harming potions which is kinda useless.
