I just wanted to know if I can report spam fo skype

You can report if the player spams, not because it's his/her Skype but if there is spam. You also need to warn them to stop about 2/3 times and not just report them immediately.

You can report people if they are spamming on the server, but we can't do anything about people who spam over Skype.
