A little while back, I reported this player that is clearly hacking. He made some comments on my video saying how he was going to appeal, calling me a noob, admitting to using alt accounts and the likes. The thing is, it is he is OBVIOUSLY hacking yet his appeal was accepted. Do you think he should have been unbanned?
