Eggwars - New modifier | Egg Protection

The Suggestion
I have recently seen a post to add a whole new game mode to Eggwars but in my experience, That will take way too long to add since it would be like adding a whole new speed mode.
So I am here to suggest a new modifier to be added for Diamond ranks and up where you can vote for a 0 minutes | 2 minutes | 5 minutes protection to be added to everyone's egg. This will solve all problems and allow players who have diamond rank and above to vote for how long they want that modifier to last which will make them choose to make it a campers game or not. I think that this should be placed in beta testing with feedback

Notes
1 - If you disagree with this post please state why instead of just voting no.
2 - Pease do not disrespect other players, everyone has a good opinion.
3 - please read the whole thread including replies to avoid double posting or confusion.
4 - Everyone who says this will make more campers please keep in mind hardcore items and op items does the same thing and they were added. Plus this is not a permanent for every game since diamond ranks would have to vote.
5 - Camping is against the rules, This is true but the camping cubecraft punishes, as stated by moderators is if you build a skybase and stay there with a punch bow etc and nobody can get to you. Also for making extreme trump walls aswell.
6 - As I stated in note #4 op items and hardcore are similar, everyone should look at this from a whole point of view and the only way to do that is if this goes in beta testing.

Sorry I don't personally think this is too good of an idea but this could be helpful so i say we should give this a go because I see a lot of hackers on eggwars flying to my island and destroying my egg but if there is protection for lets say 2 minutes it would be helpful, have time to cover up the egg with obsidian so I say we should try this and see how it goes.

I really don't want to have any option for egg protection outside of blocks. I think this would lead to very long and uninteresting games as in normal games, the rushers take out future campers at the start of the game. I realize that this would be a voting option, but I believe it would be voted too often like op. Sorry, but I am against this.

Also, new players need to learn how to play the game. You might think that it would help people understand the game, but this would hurt in the long run as they would only want to play that mode and have no idea how to play the other ways.

This would prevent fly hacker for flying to the egg and destroying it within the first 30 seconds. this would also make games much longer and challenging. Would like to see this beta tested. +1

1 - The definition according to the moderators of camping to be punished is making a skybase and using a bow etc to not allow anyone to get to you which makes it nearly impossible for them to get to you
2 - This eggwars not skywars, eggwars does have a aspect of staying at your island as a strategy which I use a lot and win without getting to mid or diamonds

Now look at when Overpowered and Hardcore was added, everyone thought that hardcore would break the system and make people camp for alot longer. look at it now, its quite fun and challenging. I respect your opinion and can see where your coming from but your only looking at it from one point of view.

I agree with you, but a lot of people will also agree with them, they need to look at it from another point of view. Thanks for the feedback.

But this still isnt skywars, do you see generators on skywars? how about eggs? i could call survival games skywars without islands but there two completely different game modes

Keep in mind, I did consult the mods about this, Making a fort or something extreme like this is indeed part of camping I do know that and you will always get campers, hence it is against the rules to stop them. But anyways thankyou for your feedback.

This thread is not breaking any rules and adding this wont either, as like you said it will make the game longer. Hardcore items does the same thing.

Well, time for more ranting. So, let me say something. I know this might not be you, but let me explain something. If you cant win a 1 v 3 or 1 v 4 against someone who you can easily outgear, you will not beat them in full iron. Guaranteed. Its not a hidden fact that a majority of top tier eggwars players rush. It's not hard to beat them you know. Get a wood axe and you'll instantly outgear ~80% of rushers. This would just make rushing even more powerful as most rushers don't waste any time, but since mid isn't wasting time, they'll do it and immediately rush as soon as the timer ends.
