It is so annoying when you join a game and people have usernames like "[67] [AMAZING AT THE GAME] [OVERKILL] [EPIC] [MASTER] UltragamerXxX69" and they vote for annoying game modes like overpowered, which just makes it difficult to kill people. Voting is a human right, not something to be monetised. Having a game mode with only people who haven't spent money on cubecraft would be great as you could let everyone vote and have a good time together without annoying ranks and weird cosmetics.

But we also have to be fair to rank holders who support the server.
A good balance would be allowing normal players to vote with 1 point while rank holders get a higher vote weight (like 2 or 3 points).
This way everyone can participate and ranks still keep their value.

Non-vip players would barely feel a difference, but this change would completely destroy the matchmaking for VIP players who actually support the server.

would ruin match ups, some players like playing against VIP players with cosmetics, and how would it work if someone got something from a free hunt, would this make them in VIP or normal players area? And for new players it would be good for them to have more of a challenge against VIP players, it create the competiveness more. And queue times for modes would be slower for both, and finally VIP players would not be able to queue games such as survival games as the player count is low enough if it was split into who has VIP and who does not, then would not find a game ever...
