The rules don't specifically mention autoclickers for XP farms. However, I'd recommend avoiding it unless a staff member confirms it's allowed.

Hello! Skyblock follows the same rules as other game modes, so using macros, auto-clickers, or any other cheats is not allowed.
this game is starting to becoming dystopia game where you must manually click for hours just some mod say no just so you can spend 500 xp lvl on pickaxe which is going take 20 hours
really? ive made a playe report about someone abusing how the ui in skyblock works to afk autosell for often up to 20 hours a day, it had been denied because, i quote: "this type of glitches/abuses are not punishable in skyblock, as Skyblock is a single player gamemode/experience." This directly indicates that certain bugabuses are indeed allowed, thus indicating that skyblock is not entirely under the jurisdiction of the rules as i can read them on the forums.
Nons of the clicking methods which gave you unfair advantage in any game mode is prohibited no matter if it's an auto or macro
