I have joined Free For All (FFA) for the first time. I have chosen the Warrior kit and I noticed that I encountered a cheater in the game. I have already reported the cheater using the /report command. It just expires and nothing happens with this command.
The problem is that the rest of the staff are offline past midnight (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM) and there using a real time zone closer to UTC. Most of the staff usually live in Europe meaning that North America and Asia cheaters has gotten the issue for this. The staff are asleep in their beds at around 12:00 AM until they are awake around 9:00 AM. Once they’re awake, they are now ready to ban cheaters with disablers. Staff mostly work on a day shift in UTC so that they can focus on detecting cheaters and applying staff bans on them.
Everyone tried to report cheaters using the /report command. Their reports just expire and close for like a few minutes. Why do cheaters don’t detect Sentinel? The reason is that they are using a disabler to bypass Sentinel cheat detection by increasing their ping around 2,000 to 4,000 ms. They allow cheaters to fly extremely fast, use aura with a long range such as 5 to 10 blocks of reach. Players who are legitimately playing without cheating have a reach of 3 to 4 blocks and they legitimately play on 50 to 500 ms ping. Legit players can’t fly, use aura, and use disablers.
I was dying numerous times. The cheater keeps killing me. It even kills everyone. Cheaters get higher kill streaks (50 to 200) to gain lots of experience. I ran /ping <playername> to detect how much ms is the cheater. The cheater with a disabler has an average ping of 3,000 ms with no network slowing at all. They’re still alive and they’re not being kicked or banned.
We need more staff for North America (NA) and Asia (AS) since there’s not enough staff to apply bans on cheaters. Hopefully that CubeCraft is safe. It’s dangerous that most of the staff live in Europe (EU) and why am I saying this? I’m saying this because I want CubeCraft to be safe.
