I have joined Free For All (FFA) for the first time. I have chosen the Warrior kit and I noticed that I encountered a cheater in the game. I have already reported the cheater using the /report command. It just expires and nothing happens with this command.

The problem is that the rest of the staff are offline past midnight (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM) and there using a real time zone closer to UTC. Most of the staff usually live in Europe meaning that North America and Asia cheaters has gotten the issue for this. The staff are asleep in their beds at around 12:00 AM until they are awake around 9:00 AM. Once they’re awake, they are now ready to ban cheaters with disablers. Staff mostly work on a day shift in UTC so that they can focus on detecting cheaters and applying staff bans on them.

Everyone tried to report cheaters using the /report command. Their reports just expire and close for like a few minutes. Why do cheaters don’t detect Sentinel? The reason is that they are using a disabler to bypass Sentinel cheat detection by increasing their ping around 2,000 to 4,000 ms. They allow cheaters to fly extremely fast, use aura with a long range such as 5 to 10 blocks of reach. Players who are legitimately playing without cheating have a reach of 3 to 4 blocks and they legitimately play on 50 to 500 ms ping. Legit players can’t fly, use aura, and use disablers.

I was dying numerous times. The cheater keeps killing me. It even kills everyone. Cheaters get higher kill streaks (50 to 200) to gain lots of experience. I ran /ping <playername> to detect how much ms is the cheater. The cheater with a disabler has an average ping of 3,000 ms with no network slowing at all. They’re still alive and they’re not being kicked or banned.

We need more staff for North America (NA) and Asia (AS) since there’s not enough staff to apply bans on cheaters. Hopefully that CubeCraft is safe. It’s dangerous that most of the staff live in Europe (EU) and why am I saying this? I’m saying this because I want CubeCraft to be safe.

I guess you just simply can try to report manually, or wait for a few months as new Anti-Cheat developers are being getting hired, means Anti-Cheat will improve with better and intelligent sentinel.

Yes your right some Cheaters are using Disabler To Bypass Sentinel Cheat Detection because They set their ping 4000 or 5000 ms and also they use VPNS which help Blocking Videos,apps, connection to Unblock and getting ban be like after 1 hours or something they got banned 🚫 I'm also Agreed by your Post asap

No, I believe you can, not all of them are being actively blocked however. Common IPs used for VPN are blocked, but not dedicated ones or new ones that are constantly being found and used by hackers on Cubecraft. It is truly a problem, the solution of which I can only see through the presence of more moderators in FFA and other games, or a rework to the anticheat.

Yeah, I get what you mean, its really annoying to deal with cheaters in FFA. Im not really an expert on how all that works, but I think the report system still helps even if it doesnt seem instant.
Hopefully they improve it and maybe get more staff in different time zones, because yeah, sometimes it feels like no one is there to deal with it. :,))

I get why you are frustrated especially when you are playing FFA and one cheater can mess up the game. The report system can seem like it does not work sometimes when it runs out. That does not mean nothing is done about it. Reports can still be looked at later. Used to help figure out what is going on.

The thing you said about time zones is a point. Most of the staff are available during EU times so players from NA. As might feel like there is nobody to help them during certain hours. This can make it seem like cheaters are getting away with everything.

Sentinel is not perfect. Some cheaters do find ways to get around it for a little while like when they use fake high ping or disablers. That is why it is still important for people to report things and give evidence.

I think it would be really helpful to have staff available at different times especially for games like FFA where cheating is easier to see. FFA is a mode where cheating's more noticeable and having more staff would make a big difference, in FFA.

You're not getting the point. You most likely used a public, generic VPN to obtain these screenshots. CubeCraft hackers do not do that. They either find dedicated IPs or very niche VPNs that are not yet blocked by CubeCraft as VPNs. And that is a problem.

Hundreds of cheaters mostly cheat FFA and skip Sentinel and this isn’t a joke. They’re actually making unlimited alternative accounts. This is considered a ban evasion and their accounts will extend the ban time to permanent for all accounts if you repeatedly bypass bans.

VPN is still blocked on CubeCraft. Some cheaters can avoid it easily. My plans are to limit the amount of alternative accounts from infinite to 2. Anything above 2 alternative accounts would prevent you from joining the server unless you contact the administrator if this error persists. We all know on CubeCraft that IP addresses detects alternative accounts no matter what.

The real ping without network slowing is around 100 to 300 ms. The fake ping without network slowing is around 2,500 to 5,000 ms. Please don’t attempt to activate a disabler to raise your ping. This is a fake ping and this can lead to a cheating ban.

I wanted to stop all cheaters from joining FFA unless they approve it. I mean that staff and Sentinel are terrible at cheating bans so we’re going to make this a significant rework. I’m implementing a kicking system for high ping players including the disabler. Players will receive a warning for high ping. If you go above 1,000 ms, you will be removed from the game.

Well, removing people who have over 1000 ping because you presume them to be cheating is not at all fair. Ping can naturally reach to such high numbers due to slow internet connection and/or server problems. I myself have encountered this issue on uncountable occasions and it has made my game severely unplayable at times, with my ping going all the way up to 32 thousand, or being held constant/fluctuating between 300ms and 1 to 3 thousand. However that does not signify that I was cheating at those times. Those are just the number of seconds that my slow internet connection/provider took to send and recieve update packets from the server. The only way to truly tell if a person is keeping their ping extremely high on purpose for various cheating exploits, a module commonly known as a 'disabler', is if they either admit it, or the jitter in the ping is held constant at very high numbers - for example, 2200ms only fluctuating between 2150 and 2250 for over an extended period of time. Jitter being healthy usually indicates a string connection to the server, and thus a high ping value is not believable.

This is a complicated issue, but the best solution is to just ban the blatant cheaters using either dedicated moderators or an improved anticheat.

The cheater problem will be solved soon hopefully, Cheaters ruin the game for others who are just trying to have fun and play the game fairly which is really bad for the community.

Most cheaters join Free For All (FFA) and then exploit kill streaks to level up fast. We want players to be removed from the game for over 1,000 ms ping if you go above 1,000 ms in 15 to 30 seconds. A new kicking system that detects abnormal ping for having poor network connection. It also fixes bugs with the disabler so that you can no longer bypass Sentinel.

I got out of FFA. I’m not playing FFA anymore. The reason I don’t play FFA anymore is that there are dozens of cheaters. Legit players are leaving FFA. Why do legit players leave FFA? The reason is that the blatant cheater had a 100 to 300 kill streak.

Everyone has to avoid joining Free For All. As you can see, there are less FFA players online. In the meantime, you can play SkyWars, EggWars, or BedWars since there’s not many cheaters in the game. Also note that there are more players than FFA.

Minecraft 26.11 was released a few days ago I believe. We got to drop the older supported versions and update the server to the native 26.1 on all platforms. But as of today, we’re going to only support 26.0 and above. Most blatant cheaters play older versions of Minecraft and begin cheating. Hope that this can help patch cheat clients that only support older Minecraft versions.

As a YouTuber, I can agree with EVERYTHING You have said here. The amount of cheaters pains me and yet there is nobody doing about it. I'm applying for Helper in May, so let's see if I can help you and the entire server prevent this from happening. Just keep making reports in game to sentinel, or make a player report (with video evidence of the user using illegal modifications to give them the edge). If you want my YouTube @, its below:

I've had to start reporting in the forms to get them banned (the report section) and only then are they getting banned but it's so slow :(
