Short question, why doesn't cubecraft who have been banned fairly after an appeal etc not allow clients on their server, even if it's like flarial etc

Currently many players dont know that they can report users using the /report command. so to improve accessibility and encourage a better environment, i propose to add a report button in the spectator mode inventory upon death in each game (ALL PLAYERS THAT WERE PLAYING SHOULD APPEAR)...
