Exactly as the title says. Getting kicked for being idle can be annoying sometimes, so one good reward to unlock at a certain VIP level (for example, level 19) could be making those players exempt from getting idle kicked in both lobbies and during gameplay.
Some people may argue that this could encourage camping in a select number of games; however, this would still keep rule 1.5 in place, allowing people to be punished for doing so.
