Implemented Fix Kits in Egg Wars

Hello all!

I'm not sure when this change was implemented, but I'm guessing it was during the last Egg Wars update. My suggestion is to allow you to get your kit again after you die. It used to be this way and it's helpful to start out with something in case you die rather than nothing. There isn't a way to abuse this, as there is a 2-5 minute cooldown to avoid kit farming. It also doesn't make sense to have removed it. I would really like to see this feature return as it helped me out so many times in the past.

I agree with this. After you die you should be able to receive some of the goods from your kit back, such as golden apples from that specific kit. I don’t think it would be possible to abuse it, as you’d lose all of your items after you die, so even if you already had golden apples in your inventory, you would not be able to collect an infinite amount of them.

I agree as for Bedrock, but I'm not sure if this is a thing on Java. I believe that on Java, you still do get your kit every time you die, with a 2-minute cooldown. (given the "All Networks" prefix)

I agree with this. The only thing I'm hesitant about is the Healer kit, when the game begins, they'll give u 3 golden apples, but when u die and respawn again, they should give u 2 golden apples not 3, and when you die and respawn for the third time, they should give u 1 golden apple, but u'll lose all of the golden apples when u die and respawn for the fourth time.
If this can get implemented for the three other kits, that would be amazing!

This was not removed at all. The way it works now is the right way, you have the 2 min cooldown after each (re)spawn. When the game starts you can only receive your kit again after playing for 2 min.
This against abusing getting your kit twice at the start of the game.

So, I suppose it's already implemented

for me and many others, it doesn't work this way for some reason so this thread makes sense to those.

This is not the case then for Bedrock as you don't get the kit back at all. As for Java, I've not gotten my kit back when dying. Either my game is bugging, or it's also not this way in Java.

Well, then I suggest reporting it as a bug and not making a suggestion?

As I said before, it's not even a feature on Bedrock, and considering this and that I had not gotten my kit back before on Java I assumed this was intentional.

I would like to see that when you die you dont get everything from the kit : 1st healer kit-3 gapples
2nd healer kit- 2 gapples
1st builder kit- 15 blocks
2nd builder kit-10 block
It would prevent that people will kit farm because there would be cooldown 1/2 minutes

Just to clarify, we should still receive our kits on both networks after dying as intended?

This issue has been looked into. According to the developer, it was only an issue on Bedrock, which has now been resolved. Java hasn't been touched.
