If Cubecraft team didn't notice then they need to UPDATE their server on Java Edition to fix because that there's critical security issue called exploit that affect Minecraft: Java Edition multiplayer

Hey! This issue is known and has already been patched on CubeCraft, confirmed by the developers. Be careful when joining other servers, though.

I think the exploit can only hack any version below 1.12, so Cubecraft should be fine
