You should just pm the staff member not call him. You could also use the discord server #staff-help to ask your question there.

Try to send an e-mail to support@cubecraft.net and explain your problem very clearly. I recently sent an e-mail too and they responded very fast! I hope your problem will be fixed asap ;)
