If you want to play the game Chest chaser. You have to be in the mainlobby until there is a chatmessage like: A hidden chest had spawned. I've played the game once because it's really rare. So my suggestion is, if you join a lobby and there is a chest chaser game active it will say

There is a hidden chest in the lobby, find them for EPIC rewards

So everyone has a fair chance to find the lobby chest.
