falsely accused

I really need help on this, I have a feeling I'm going to get falsely banned because of this:(

Whilst I was playing layer spleef I was in the lobby before the game starts and someone was saying I was hacking, I see this all the time when people are annoyed that you got them out but this person was saying it a lot.
He then said that I was crouching whilst chatting and I checked on my friends screen that's right next to me and it was true.. Has anyone else experienced this? The only thing I use is Optifine, I don't have any other mods, the only thing I could think this could be caused by is my bad internet connection that drops randomly but I'm not so sure. He said he was recording me so soon I'm probably gonna be falsely banned when it wasn't my fault. :(

I have just found out its a know glitch on Cubecraft :D phew haha and same here xD

Don't worry. The shift glitch thing won't get you banned. This is a visual glitch from Mojang's side. If you want it fixed, shift one time. If you are ever banned shifting and running, feel free to PM me.
