So, my friend posted a video of a hacker and the hacker got banned. However, the hacker and all his friends have now gone on to harass my friend via YouTube. Is there anything that Cubecraft can do? Would it be considered targeted offenses? Or is there simply nothing we can do?

Disabling comments does nothing against multiple accounts who can all private message.

However, my question is more towards, is there any punishment for this?

There's no punishment because Cubecraft can't tell who owns the YouTube account and can't punish a YouTube user.

I didn't even know there were private messages on YouTube but I would advise getting a separate YouTube you don't check messages for and disable comments on all the videos for that channel. There's no way to prevent this really. :(

They can not be punished for it if it's on YouTube as out of our field.
If they were harassing you on the forums, we can do something about it.

Just be thick-skinned then and ignore them.
I agree with this, just ignore it.
I received a few comments myself from those I've recorded, leave them be.
They're just salty and wanting to ruin your day there because they can't do anything about it.

Thanks for the replies although it's a bit disconcerting Cubecraft gives them access to unlisted videos and then tells us to deal with the consequences of the hackers having access to them.

Somebody can lock this now.

Hello there,
I am sorry you feel this way about this issue. I understand it is frustrating to get targeted by players/the recorded on your unlisted video as I have gone through some in my unlisted as well (being accused of using client/swearing at me) but I hope you understand that it's not that we do not want to help you but because it's not done within cube platform, they can not be punished.

Quote from thread :
When we get contacted about someones ban, we should be able to show them the video of them breaking the rules since they have all rights to view their evidence.

Reason why we can not punish them is because,
Cubecraft can't tell who owns the YouTube account
If I would like to sabotage another player, I could create an account under his name and cause trouble on that video or, If I disliked the player who got punished and wish to ruin his chances of coming back, I could pose as him and lower his chances.

Again, I hope you understand, this is not something we can handle if it's out of our platforms.
Locked upon request.
