Where do I report people who are crashing the server?

I'm sure she was lying although there are ways to crash servers.
I doubt you can report her for that reason because you would need solid evidences of it.
What you can do now is report her for targeted offence or swearing in the second screenshot.

If the server actually crashes now you do look suspicious though. Theoretically someone else could've done it after reading what you said. But I don't think so, hacker!

Some hacked clients come with a ''server crasher''. This can cause a game to lag intensely. All the players will have trouble moving around because of the lag.
I have seen a video of someone trying this on Cubecraft not that long ago, it made everything lag and players said this in chat too just like in your screenshot.
I don't know if these screenshots are valid proof though, it's probably better if you try to record the lag/crashing.
I would report the player for: Illegal client modification - other or maybe for trolling.
This should definitely be banneble.

This player can still get muted, however xturtle did put out a hack client version that can crash any server, im not sure if cube has patched it or not ( its a misprogram in minecraft itself) but just something to look out for
