Yes, but you can't search for people on Discord, the only way would be to create a Discord server and fill in an invite link. It'd be cool for Discord to have friend invite links, but sadly, they don't :p

You can search users by filling in their #.... number in Discord in the friends menu.

Really? Didn't know that. I thought you can just search them trough Discord, that you don't have to be on the same server to find that person.

The only thing would be people that can find your IP adress and such with just your Skype info. Probably not with Discord though.
