When playing moon, the game didn't let me save before fighting Tapu Koko and I got a -SpAtk nature -.-

You can use a physical tapu-koko. Actually, it's attack base stat is higher that it's sp.att.(Brave bird, wild charge, Nature's madness and maybe dazzling gleam as coverage move)
Although I must say sp.att koko has more possibilities.
