Staff Spotlight Edition #1
Hello everybody! I'm sure you are all saying "What on Earth is this thread?!". This thread is the first of hopefully many more to come. I have called it "Staff Spotlight". Every week (hopefully) I will interview a staff member and post it here, for you all to enjoy! This week, we'll be interviewing one of the more senior staff members on the server, Aimee2323! Aimee2323 is currently a Senior Moderator on CubeCraft Games.
Aimee2323 | I'm doing okay, my hands still kinda hurt from being out in the cold for so long though (I was doing a charity collection and it's freezing outside and I forgot gloves because, frankly, I am a genius).
Question #2 | How long have you been a staff member on CubeCraft?
Aimee2323 | For like.. nearly two years.
Question #3 | How did you discover CubeCraft?
Aimee2323 | Well.. I was looking for the server with hide and seek that I'd seen in some YouTube videos and came across ccg in the search results, which wasn't the right server, but I just kinda stayed anyways.
Question #4 | What is one of your most fondly remembered moments on here?
Aimee2323 | One? Pfft nah, how about like.. way too many to keep anyone's attention while I get carried away with the nostalgia? A lot of my favourite times are when I first met a lot of people, like meeting wolfwhisperer in sky wars, Stefan while completely beating him at whatever game (I'm pretty sure it was a team game but..whatever I kid because I'm awful at the majority of games), or stuff like when I had a competition with Claudia to see who could get the most mc selfies with notable people (which I totally won) (we still haven't counted who won but I still have all the selfies on my computer), or playing team skywars with snap all day on valentines day because I mean we both have nothing better to be doing then and making up our own words (I'm being very nice if I call you a red apple eater or a sandbridger, dw <3), or messing around on creative and my old flappy bird parkour plot which was frankly amazing.
Question #5 | What is a day like in your shoes as Senior Moderator?
Aimee2323 | Like.. the exact same as an average teenager, just with more angry kids shouting at me.
Question #6 | What is your favourite part of being an established staff member on CubeCraft?
Aimee2323 | The friends I've met
Question #7 | What changes/additions do you think should be implemented to the network?
Aimee2323 | A service that sends me free food, cats, and creates magical unicorns, I mean that's not too much to ask, right?
Question #8 | Do you have any goals for the rest of the year on the staff team, if any?
Aimee2323 | Nahhh I don't tend to set long term goals much because the majority of times I know I'm not gonna keep them, when I do goals I usually do goals for a day or a couple of days, because I've failed at new years resolutions enough to know that I suck at long term goals
Question #9 | What is your favourite gamemode/minigame on CubeCraft? Why is it your favourite?
Aimee2323 | I don't really know, I switch between stuff a lot, but I like tower defence and minerware because I'm actually good at them unlike most games
Question #10 | There are hundreds of aspiring helpers out there. Do you have any advice for them?
Aimee2323 | Don't be an idiot (inspirational, I know I know)
Question #11 | Is there anything else you would like to say to the community?
Aimee2323 | No I've got to go eat pizza and pizza is important (also hi)
