Assassins is well balanced atm and with the bounty hunter already being a few months old, I think it's time for something new (or bring back and old feature). Personally I want something fun added as the game is mostly competitive right now.
This new feature can also be something completely new but I loved the drop party items so much and it probably would be easy to add them as they are already coded in the game. They added a lot variety to the game (and I had the most fun ever on assassins). There were items that increased your power and speed but decreased you defense and vice versa. I think this combination of a buff and de-buff is necessary. For example: There were leather boots that increased your speed but they are obviously worse in defense than your iron&diamond boots. This also allowed players to personalize their play style: The fast low-armoured ninja or the slow OP warrior.
So now on how you could implement this in-game.
I'm sure you guys also have a lot of ideas, I'm very interested so let me know!
And feel free to criticize my suggestions.

- You get an item for a kill streak or x-amount bounties, the item you get could be random or belong to a certain kill streak. e.g.: After a kill streak of 10 I get the gold hoe that increases your speed when hold and at a kill streak of 30-bounties, I get the best item: The potion that gives you +2 hearts
- After completing a certain objective that you got by clicking a new NPC you get an item (random or not). e.g.: After clicking the Questmaster (I don’t know how to call him), I get a message: ‘Kill 10 players in 2 minutes' or 'Go to the top of the temple in 1 one minute. A problem that could occur here is that players would know the quests by hard and so could farm these items. This could be solved by creating random quests (no idea on how this could be done).
- Make it so that you can buy these items from a new NPC or make them buyable in shop. These new NPC’s could be hidden around the map.
- Automatically do a drop party at a certain time of the day or at a random time. e.g.: Every day at 6pm you get a message in the chat: ‘Drop party at foodshop !' This would also be great for new players as they can get good stuff for once otherwise they get immediately killed by a full dia team of 3 when they finally have iron armour. This and hackers are the two biggest reasons that people don't play assassins.-> I like this option the most.
