The problem with the server is that they don't hackers permanently. The always return hacking and don't ever ban them again. If hackers were banned permanently, the server would be better.

Hackers are banned permanently if they still hack after their first ban.

If hackers get banned for the first time it is a month. And if they hack again their period of the ban will be longer and that's then permanent. So CubeCraft does ban permanent but not directly.

There is a permanent ban system now.
1st Ban: 1 Month
2nd Ban: Permanent

It was recently changed to this system, where as in the earlier one, the 1st ban was for 1 week.

Please understand that CubeCraft still give a chance for an appeal, even after the permanent ban. If you're banned the first time for hacks, that may be understandable considering that they might not know the rules, however the second time would indicate they're doing it deliberately.

Agreed, because then people know, oh, I got caught, but all well, I'm not bann completely, so it doesn't matter. But if their bann perm the first time, people are more likely to not hack, the server clearly states not to hack, so they know there breaking the rules, so they need to get bann the first time perm. Thank you for addressing this, I've been thinking the same thing for a while now.
