Is this mod allowed?

So I just found about this mod called Mo'Bends its a mod that adds animations to players and a few mobs, I was wondering if this mod is allowed.

Any mod not on that list means you risk getting banned for using an unapproved mod. It wouldn't hurt to use it if it doesn't give you any unfair advantages but it would mean you can't report others unless you want to get caught.

This mod is allowed. It's just giving your player better looks in a way. As long as it doesn't give you an an advantage, the mods allowed. :) Here are the list of allowed mods:
