So in this video, the person who is applying for staff member put in barely any effort in his application. I know this is for entertainment but it kinda offends me. I mean so many people put in hours and hours in for staff and don't become helper. When there are people like this person who would barely put in any effort, hacks. Which makes me feel so mad inside. People should put in effort with their applications, not just say "I want helper." So in this forum I encourage all of you to put in a lot of effort in your application. Don't become like this person.

As I would not word it like Guar, he is right. This video should not offend anyone, and does show immaturity that you could get offended by it.
He's xTurtle, who is a good Youtuber but a hacker. He does Youtube videos on hacking on servers like Mineplex, Badlion, Cubecraft and others. He's only applying for helper on Cubecraft as a joke, so don't take his application seriously. He would be denied anyway.
He didn't get mod on Mineplex. He hacks on Mineplex. He used labymod to add the Mineplex mod tag onto his name, and he "bans" people on there. He has a series called Mod patrol. You obviously can see that he is just pretending that he is a mod on Mineplex in this video, made by him:

I know right, it's so sad to see people like this, trolling and making those stupid youtube videos, no effort into making a simple application, i get tears...

There are kids dying in syria and you fudging post a thread about how you feel sad and offended about a fricking apllication on a minecraft server. There are people dying from cancer everyday and you fricking post a thread where you feel sad and offended about a youtube video on a minecraft server. You should never ever be offended by this. Woah man, I was just expressing my opinion :p, I'm saying that People should put more effort in their applications or not apply at all. Also, Please don't swear, it makes other people feel out of place ;)
He never swore... Anyway, once again, it just isn't something to get "offended" about. Also, posting his youtube video doesn't help him go un noticed. :)
