So, Most of the hackers (which is likely 75%) are hackers which have been banned, however have alternate accounts. So I have three ways which might help, I will explain them detailed and will need your help (The Members and staff) to know what have I got wrong.
1. Banning them from their IP. As we know, the staff are able to ban profiles on the forums using their IP, However they ban them In-Game from their current name. Hacked clients have been upgraded a lot, they use information from your Minecraft to work, and that means they have a severe virus. If the Hacked clients update any further, they will come up to a point which will use information from your computer, and that means that someday the computer will stop working (due to the virus implanted when installing the Hacked client), allowing us to play without Hackers anymore. An anti cheat would be helpful (people have suggested it, yet developers have been working on it before it was suggested), however most of the Hacked clients are hidden and will not allow the anti cheat to discover it. So when banning from the IP (Or in any other way, banning the network IP) Will not allow them to join the server without buying another network/router (Same as getting banned without buying another Minecraft account)
2. Adding a new /banlist command, I will explain excactly what it does:
It allows the staff to check the people they have banned (by they I mean Individually) And it does add some more commands:
/Banlist add <Name>
Adds a current banned account to the list.
/Banlist remove <Name>
Removes a current banned account to the list.
/Banlist watch <Name>
Watches the current banned account with details (Which game he is playing, To Whom he is talking, etc...)
/Banlist Banned
Shows the list of the currently Banned people.
/Banlist Banned Detailed

Shows the list of the currently Banned people (with further details, for how much time, for what, the used hacked client, etc...)
/Banlist Muted
Shows the list of the currently Muted people
/Banlist Muted Detailed

Shows the list of the currently Muted people (with further details, for how much time, for what, the swear words he used, etc...)
And more commands which the Staff might decide.
3. Last but not least, which isn't very advanced.
Adding a programmed ban, which allows the program to automatically ban the currently typed-in player into the command.
/BanProgrammed add <Name>
Adds the currently typed-in player into the program.
/BanProgrammed remove <Name>
Removes the currently typed-in player from the program.
/BanProgrammed list
Shows the list of the currently banned players with the program.
/BanProgrammed Detailed list
Shows the list of the currently banned players with the program (with further details, for how much time, for what, the used hacked client, or the swear words he used, etc...)
/BanProgrammed Time Add <Time> <Name>
Adds the current name into the programmed ban using the time typed in until his ban has expired.
/BanProgrammed Time Remove <Time> <Name>

Removes the current name into the programmed ban using the time typed in until his ban has expired.
Thanks you for reading, I am looking Forward for your Replies.
So instead of editing it, I will explain each one of my own (this was typed after the replies)
1. Every Computer has a different IP, Not the network IP, the computers IP to the Network (some people might not be able to understand it, however I will change it if you need to know what it means)
2. Does not ban people, only checks if the banned people are online before their ban expires (which means shows that the hacker has an alternate account), however only staff can use this.
3. The current ban system is not programmed.

If someone gets banned from their IP, then they can simply join back on a VPN.

There's the bans website that can show this. Whilst it is still buggy, it should be fixed when the new banning system comes out.

I don't get this one bit. It just looks like a simple ban command. If it is a way for the ban to run an IP search across all accounts on CubeCraft, and if any are the same, banning the player for an alternate account to (x) player, then sure, that seems cool. :P

1. This could be a cool idea, however some players have siblings who also play on Cubecraft. They can also use VPN (HMA) to change their IP
2. I don't like this idea. First off, many staff members have said that tping in a game can't happen, and also, it wouldn't be nice to have staff go through your private messages. As for the rest, I think the current ban system is better.
3. I don't really understand the purpose of this. More information please! :)

I have said this so many times that I forgot who suggested it. How about an Ip temp ban for the week ban? If the hacker does not learn their lesson from the ban their siblings definitely will make then learn.(Getting told on, getting beat up,etc)

Ip bans are unfair. I think that the current system is working and will be better once they implement the anticheat.

Please I beg no IP bans
I have 2 siblings who play CC and if someone gets banned i will go all out (probably beat one up)
But as mentioned above about the IP hiding programs will come out sooner or later for MC hacked clients

Number 3 is okay but need some improvement
The program detects random players with their accuracy with hits
if it is between 95%-100% then nearly 100% they are hacking and a mod should watch that player, well that is what another server i play on have
Also another thing they have is if the inventory items are moving too fast then probably has a hack for pot pvp

Congratulations, you played yourself. That's actually a reason to enforce Ip bans. If the ban does not disencourage your simblings from hacking, you definitely will.

Adding to that, many providers reassign IPs so possibly a different cuberaft user could get the IP the hacker previously had.

I don't really understand what you're trying to say there, but it doesn't sound right at all.

2. Adding a new /banlist command
I don't think that's necessary, as far as I know the current ban system already keeps thack of previous bans and adjusts the ban time.

3. Last but not least, which isn't very advanced.

How is that different from the current ban command?

Good thinking, but we do not need it as we have a more efficient way of checking players ;)

1. Yes, they can change their IP, however when a staff bans an account on the forums, and they change their IP, does it come back?
2. I meant an In-game command for this, where the staff can see who got banned, and if they get back online, then they have an alternate account.
3. this is programmed to ban from the IP and the players name, and everything related to ban, when it has detected that he has joined, it directly bans him.

1. Yeah i guess your right, however they have different IP's
2. I didn't mean it as an in-game ban command, just as a list to check if the banned players are still on, and I will remove seeing their private messages, thanks!
3. it is programmed to ban the Ip and the players name, if the banned player joins (when his ban isn't expired, that means he has an alternate account.

First, I said that Hacks have many viruses, and its explained with details, want a summary? then here i go:
Every hack has a severe virus, and the hacks use your minecraft information to work, if they will get updated more, then the hacks will use your computers information (like hiding your IP) and will destroy your computer.
and the current ban system is not computer automated, staff ban them
and its different because it is programmed.

This does not ban People, it only checks if they are online or not, however only staff can use this.
Siblings and Public places my friend, IP banning isn't an option.

Already done my frienderino, https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/updated-rules-friends-and-forums.135113/
Every Computer must have a different IP to join.

But tell me WTH does it have to do with Me ?
i played fair and after they get banned we have to w8 for an appeal
Every Computer must have a different IP to join.
Actually no
The Routers are what give out the ip so if i use the same internet i would have the same ip as my brother who used the same router
