First of all responce to /report ^
Second I'm not sure why so much people are complaining... Am I the only one who isn't seeing people Hack? I know I play other games instead of EggWars but seriously I didn't see any Hackers in a long time! Third you know that complaining wont do a thing right?
Last and not least best thing for you to do is just continue Recording and Reporting them... :)

Cubecraft used to have this feature. But as said above it got abused heavily. Players would report innocent players just because they killed them. Also for some reason staff couldn't teleport in an ingame game. Finally since so much spam was on, staff couldn't teleport to every player. Half of the spam is probally people recording innocent players.

Some players get salty when they die, and would /report whoever killed them. This is probably what happened then, and it would happen again.
