A new Eggwars game mode?

So Hear me out on this one. This could be a great idea, or something just too op. A new egg wars game mode I would call Speedy. Before I list the problems with it let me tell you what it is.

Speedy is a new game mode that lasts only 30 minutes total

• 20 minutes regular fight time
• 10 minutes death match (if needed)

The whole premise of this game mode is to have a quick game that no only stops campers:) but also doesn't have 1 hour games that feel like they last forever.

Before I get into what items lets talk about how the game would play.

• You spawn in and have 20 minutes to rush and get to other peoples islands and break their egg then kill them
• If you end up with campers don't worry because after 20 minutes blocks start falling/disappearing
• then you can try to wait but you won't live too well because the island will eventually disappear leaving only the middle and some time to cross the bridges to get to the middle before they disappear too

Now to get to the fun part ITEMS

• This would be a cool edition but you should have an elytra for 32 diamonds. This replaces enderpearls and make campers not be able to camp due to stacking up and flying away.
• It should have potions mainly strength and speed and importantly NO splash potions that have negative effects this could create drop bombing and if the person attacked doesn't have a bow it could be very difficult to kill the "bomber"
• Another implementation could be the 1 iron for 3 building blocks to increase the ability to rush.
• If you have any more suggestions that i think are valid things to be added to this list tell me in the comments.

If elytra is too much which some people are saying then you could lower the cost of enderpearls to half a stack of diamonds or less

Time for the sad part pros and cons

Pros:

• Has a mode to stop a big problem, camping
• Makes games fast so you can get points and xp for winning faster
• Has a feeling of you being rushed which some players like
• New items like elytra and potions

Middle: (I couldn't decide if these were a pro or a con)

• Bow Spamming/The use of bows (put your opinions on this in the comments)
• Rank power/Change theme too much? (again comments down below)

Cons::(

• Mainly for dev's/staff This is a big one but the work it would take to make it so every map would stop disappearing at the middle could be difficult with the plugins they have. Im no coder but they would need to select a square/rectangle of space that doesn't disappear (which is the easiest way of doing it) but the maps that are circular oval or peanut shape (teepee) that won't disappear because the parts that don't disappear could be prime camping spots for campers. Then with this the plugin(s) could have a lot of bugs like blocks being placed outside the boarder and people trying to build under or over the boarder. If they could implement this function easily IT WOULD BE GREAT the rest is just changing the villager then adding potions.
• People with elyta could attempt to fly out of the map
• People with elytra could run away easily kind of removing the camper and creating the runner
• punch bow would needed to be removed
• Ranks could have too much way with the game creating almost like a different skywars egg wars combo(not really but i feel like someone would comment that)
• But worst of all People without ranks and people with ranks lower than gold couldn't vote for this game mode:(:(:(

Thats all i got for now if you guys have some ideas and suggestions i would love to see them and vote yes and Maybe (doubt it) they could take it into consideration (not even yes but i have home)

I like this sooooo much!
But why the elytra it isn't needed I think. Only to fly to the middle but that's it so I wouldn't add the elytra.
And something else Stone, Iron ranks have never been able to vote. ;)

thanks ill also add than iron stone and lapis can't vote
the reason the elytra is in for quick transport but idk if you can get 64 diamonds in 20 minutes easily along with iron essentials

It's not the best, but with an Elytra you can fly unlimited with use of a punch bow.

oh yea forgot about that so maybe the punch bow would be removed with a power 1 bow and than the power 1 turns into a power 3

Nice +1 The only thing I will give you a -1 on is the Elytra. Cubecraft removed the Elytra because it caused kicks for flying and had glitches. Other than that, it is a +1 for me!

This sounds interesting, but it reminds me of other games. Therefore I do not like this mode for Eggwars, but let me explain why.

Let me start with the main premise of this whole mode. You want the games to almost work like Survival Games where there is a set amount of fighting time and then a death match. The problem is the whole point of Eggwars is that you have to destroy an egg to be able to kill off the players. With this mode, it would make eggs basically void. I am sorry, but this really changes the game as a whole and makes it into a different game that already exists.

Before I get into what items lets talk about how the game would play.

In all honesty, this is like Survival Games with eggs. Also how would they get the gear and eggs in 20 minutes? It can take up to 10 minutes to get all the gear you may desire, but if the islands are being destroyed then the eggs are void as well as the shops. This would make gearing up a huge challenge and no one would go for eggs. People would just get the gear they need at the beginning and wait for the inevitable death match. I do not see this solving the campers until the death match starts, which just destroys the purpose of the original game.
