(I have requested this today in the section "Website Discussion" but nobody did reply)

When you see the title maybe the most people understand, sometimes i need to wait 50 seconds before i can reply on another thread. Only by helping people, always need to wait a minute, its so stupid for that people that want to help someone else, i hope this is gonna be changed now, or in the next website
(JK i think. @xMegaCoolx is such a good helper and he need to wait all the time) correct me if i am wrong.

This isn't very easy to understand, but I think it can be disabled for players with 1k+ messages.

It's there to prevent players from spamming or spam bots from spam posting.

We may not be but there may be others.
Those who are new who would spam for the sake of doing so because they can. Those automatic bots that comes on to advertise products.
Got to consider those as well.

I agree. It's very annoying sometimes, but if it wasn't there, the forums would crash... A lot... And get spammed... A lot... ;)

The cooldown also allows helpful people respond to threads with helpful, and useful posts. It makes them take their time to write something which will actually help the user who made the thread.

Waiting one minute isn't that bad. Actually , the cooldown really helped me improve myself to take the time to properly reply to threads rather than just trying to be first or comment something with typos in it. I like how the system is currently working if you would ask me.
And I wouldn't trust someone for the amount of time he's been here , what if someone made an account 2 years ago , never looked back at it , and comes back just to advertise his server or whatever?

My opinion on this, well in my case I already have a well written out response for every type of report. All I do is copy and paste and edit it to suit the post better, it takes 10 minutes to go through 10 reports... anxious to know what @Stefanvld thinks of this...

I find it annoying too, but I think its the most efficient way to block spammers.
