Player Reporting Rule Changed Suggestion

"For the time being, Cube's punishment system only allows a minimum of 1 month punishments. With the new punishment system that is being worked on, it will be easier to ban in times lower than a month. Don't worry. Staff have thought this over multiple times."

So, since this is going to be a thing, then could you guys do a bit of update on "Report after warning"?
I Mean, here, look :

Because of the rule "3 Warning before reporting"
This guy got away with it, and since you guys IN THE "Near?" Future could ban/mute lower than, i would hope that the reporting system would be updated so that people such as those (FrsthtXD) Does not get away freely.

I don't think they should be muted for less than a month if they were only given 1-2 warnings. No more than 3 warnings should be enough for a temporary mute in my opinion. If someone swears once I don't think It'd be fair to mute with just one warning in my opinion.

There will be people who actually swear at you up to twice, and then at the end of the game, they swear you again, and when you are going to say 3/3 warning, they don't need to face you again, that is just up ward ridiculous, the current system for muting is too loose on these type of people

Tbh, I don't think its fair to carry out any kind of mute over a month. The player would really have to be using quite inappropriate language to get up to a month mute, but this reported player just simply got upset because of his lost game. In fact, it is getting rather difficult to carry out a reasonable punishment for rule-breakers, as some offenses are not that extreme (Even Hacking). We are currently working on a new punishment system that will allow us the ban/mute in week/day/hour increments instead of just months. Its just a matter of time before it's set up.
