Hi cubecraft staff members, i made this post for telling some things that i've watched in this server, and there's some punishments there can be insignificant (For example: kicking crossteaming players its ridiculous).
The server is great, but there's some people just don't want to follow the basic rules.
I, as a normal cubecraft user, like all of cubecraft users, can give my opinion of this server and purpose changes to the same. Here we go:

Hacker/s: There's some people that have superhuman skills in pvp, but is thanks to his modifications and scripts in Minecraft. A player who tries to hack and he's caught in a user's allegation can be banned, however, some banned users can still playing in this server due they have more than 1 minecraft licence (There's some public accounts in Minecraft), like Verseer (Allegation here) and many more users.
The point is that banned users can use other IGN to keep playing in Cubecraft Network.
I suggest, if the punishment is a permaban, you can ban ip him, to prevent he play again using his pc and he's accounts.

Insulting: Simply, i don't like people using bad words (in any language, sure you do not either). But this people (Like this one) must be burning in hell got punished. But, for the great, beautiful, wonderful and duediful rules, he got a simple warning and he continued playing.
The point is, emm... I can unburden to all the players once, and i can still using the services without any problem.
I suggest a harsher punishment than simply warn, like a 1 month mute/permamute or any balanced punishment that you see fit

Crossteaming: Nothing is better than teaming up with your friend/girlfriend/boyfriend. But they have a gamemode to do this, and it's called Team Skywars. But some people want to team in solo mode, and the game loses all balance, harming users who prefers going alone.
I suggest make a harder punishment to this behavior, like a 1 week ban, or a 1 month mute, or any other more balanced punishment.

It was nice to do this suggests, i will wait for opinions, after all, anybody can tell his vote.

Language warnings: If someone is using inappropriate language and after 2 warnings doesn't stop, he'll get a mute for 1 Month.

Crossteaming: Cc can't ban people for 1 week, only manual. Their working on a new system. solo skywars probably will never be Banable for teaming because they would lose many players.

I'll start by saying what some (if not most) already know. Our punishment system is getting a complete overhaul. Punishments will be able to given out in more appropriate lengths. At this moment in time, the lowest amount of time that can be used is a month. Some offenses are just not big/bad enough to warrant a whole month (or more) punishment (an example being the teaming in solo eggwars, at least not for the first time).

For hackers, we do know that many of them have alternate accounts. We get alt checks when we feel we need them so that we can ban them. I'm sure there's a way to ip ban someone but I'm not completely sure on the inner workings of the higher core staff.

For language offenses, we almost always require at least 2 warnings. If it's bad enough then 2 is enough to get them muted for a month or two.

Lastly, for crossteaming, there will be a more appropriate punishment for the gamemodes that prohibit teaming in any way. Meaning that teaming/crossteaming in solo eggwars, team eggwars, and team skywars (possibly more) will get you more of a punishment than a kick (which is all we are able to do at the moment). As for solo skywars, I'm unsure on if any teaming rules will be changed for it as teaming has been allowed for so long. If they were to make it punishable to team with others, I'm sure people would stop playing. Also, there's so many that team that it would be difficult to catch and punish all of them.

Well first Teaming in Solo Skywars is a Cubecraft thing that's how it became famous that you can play with your friends and still troll them.... So banning people from Skywars Solo will result in allot of Players leaving Cubecraft (again)
Second Eggwars Cross teaming is only kickable as of now because the Ban system can only ban people up to a Month and that's just too harsh for Teaming so when its done people will only be banned for 1 or 2 Days from the Eggwars Lobbies....
Third You need to warn someone 3 times before you can mute them and then they get a 1 month mute
Fourth Hackers are being banned.....

Yes, you are telling me the actual rules, but this post is a suggestion to "reform" the actual rules.
However, i said the rules can do a more balanced punish.

Crossteaming: 200 of my 500 deaths (Promedium) was caused by teamers.

Cc can only kick them, when the new bansystem is ready, will crossteaming be banable. Just wait.

It's a example, sorry for not telling this. I said they can do a balanced punishment (More seriously).
But well, it's a discussion, and everyone can give his opinion.

I dunno, but allowing cross teaming it's very unfair to all players who respect the solo mode. (I have to admit it, i've teamed in solo mode)
