What's with th e new EULA thing?

I heard from anonymous that the new EULA says that any server that makes money off Minecraft is gonna be banned from Minecraft servers BUT I don't mbelieve because:1)cübecraft would be DED and 2) cübecraft uses money for Minecraft so technically there not getting All the money to om ranks they're only getting little

The EULA (End User Licence Agreement) basically says that you can't have any ranks (or other paid features) that will give you an unfair advantage (pay to win). For example, let's say a faction server sold a really op kit (or kits in general). That would give the buyer an unfair advantage over his enemies, and mojang doesn't like that (and I can see why)...
