Its not a idea It was there already long time ago I loved this gamemode there was no lagg but for no reason they removed it the devs say where updating houses but it takes already 2 years

I don't think people should use this alot. Maybe if it's released, but after a half year nobody played it anymore.

Houses aren't coming back, but I do want to make something similar (and better) in the future. Right now, it's just an idea, so I won't say much, but yeah. Houses were super-duper unpopular after the first week, so we scrapped them.
