I would suggest uninstalling smart defrag 3, driver booster 2 and Advanced SystemCare 9 because almost all of those programs will trick you into downloading it and buying it. Most of them don't work. If you want something that actually works, try ccleaner (the most legit softwares are free xD). I don't know about IObit malware fighter, but the most common google search when you type in IObit is "IObit uninstaller". I would suggest actually making sure that you get only what you want when you install programs (read every step but the license (who reads that? xD) carefully) and not clicking popups on internet unless you're 100% sure it's actually a "real" popup, since it will lead you to programs that are made as fast as possible to make a lot of money.
I also would suggest running malwarebytes (free anti-virus, https://www.malwarebytes.org/) and remove all the "potentially unwanted programs".

EDIT: I found these videos, that shows how easy it actually is to get this kind of programs (they are actually really long xD)
