Why locked my problem?

Ok why you locked my thread... as you can see in the attachments my points dissapeared again for third time... this not funny and not trolling... i was asking if this is a bug or something but if youre going to be rude im not asking again and thx for the "help" anyway

Staff lock your thread because they will lock anything if someome tells them to do so. I've watched your last thread, there was nothing bad about it ( maybe I'm missing something ). To the mods, before locking actually make sure that it's right to lock the thread and not because someone said so.

Anyways to the point issue, I'm not really sure what can be done but if you have proof you will get your points back for sure. Just try to screenshot your points every now and then.

The reason they locked your thread is because the problem is either being worked on or resolved. They can't lock the thread without viewing it first so a staff knows of your problem and will do their best to fix it. Please be patient until then.

anyway i got mad cuz somebody say i was trolling but well its ok i will not report any issue again then... its like "meanwhile doesnt affects me its ok" thx anyway

wait. your thread was locked because a person (me) decide to tag a member of the staff to lock a "troll thread" and in the "attachments" why u dont show the nick (ign)? why the xp level is different ? explain that ?

there was nothing bad about it ( maybe I'm missing something ).

look the pictures of the other thread. compare the xp bar.

sorry but for me and the staff member who lock the thread, that was a trolling thread and no, you can report any issue in the "bug reports" section. but with clear evidence of the bug.

Look at the pictures more closly, in the first picture he was level 25 and in the second, where he lost his points he was level 26.

It doesn't have to be a "troll" you could have asked him NICELY to show pictures where his name is shown instead of jumping to conclusions.
