Suggestion for assasination [Spectator Mode]

Lately i'm playing a lot on the assasination server with some of my friends.
I really love to do it and enjoy playing every minute of it . But ( Yes there is a but) There are so many hackers , it is not even normal anymore. And i think that i have a solution for making the number of hackers on assasinations decreasing (And KitPVP). This is the solution that i got in thought :

Let people go in spectator mode after they die.

Why leaving people in spectator mode after they die ?. Because when i'm in spectator mode i could take a look at the player who killed me , and i can record him if i'm thinking that he is using hacks. The system that we are using now is that you will directly get teleported to the little 'spawn' where you can get a random teleportation to the map , and i would like it more if i first went in spectator and then could get teleported to the 'spawn' This could make the players who like a good server and want to provide the best cubecraftgames experience for everyone by reporting those hackers very happy. And i hope that once this future would be enabled on the Assasination server and on the kit pvp server.

I think one of the main problems with this is players taking up space in the game who go afk in spectator mode and don't use it to actually catch hackers and therefore prevent players who actually want to play from joining the game. However I still like your idea and think it would be useful ;)

NOTE : This is the system i meant and it is on another server , please don't take this as an advertisment please :). I just hope that the dev's could do someting like this but give theire own turn to it if you know what i mean .

staff can't catch ALL the hackers, they can look at the reports of fellow people like me :)

Sorry but what you are saying is totally wrong , if you would be playing some more on cubecraft you would notice that there are 13 different gamemodes and i'm talking about 1 gamemode , and we players of the community of cubecraft are always helping the server for more improvements. You maybe did not notice but there are thousands of reports of players who are hacking , and almost all of them would still be hacking on the servers without us players. so yes a little bit more help of us comes in handy i think.
